Emilina Apprenticeship Program

This program is for teens with a passion for creativity and an interest in sewing and design. Through this apprenticeship, you will learn practical design and sewing skills as well as the ins and outs of running a costume business. Assisting around the studio with fittings, and learning elements of the costume design process will be your primary focus.

• There will be 2 mandatory training sessions in August in which the apprentices will have dedicated time to focus on learning specific tasks and skills and get acquainted with the workspace.

 

• After these training sessions have been completed, you will be able to book times to come in whenever is most convenient for your schedule between the months of September and April. With no firm commitment, this apprenticeship aims to supplement your existing schedule, and allow you to explore your creativity at your own pace.

 

• You must be 15 years or older to apply.
