Privacy Policy

We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, or participate in another site feature. When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information. We may use the information we collect from you when you register, purchase products or use certain other site features in order to quickly process your transactions. All personal information is protected and kept confidential through emilinafashion.com and the site's shop applications.

Return Policy

Exchanges on Emilina Shop products (Including Regular and Made to Order products) are allowed within 5 days of delivery of purchase, and additional shipping charges may apply via personal invoice. Products must not be worn and must have all tags in order to be exchanged along with the order confirmation number and receipt. Emilina has the right to refuse an exchange if product does not meet these standards. To initiate an exchange, contact Emilina within 5 days of delivery of purchase with the necessary information and exchange request. All exchanges on made to order products are subject to an additional period of production upon the return of the product, before final shipment. This is to accommodate the time required to re-make the order.

Returns may be accepted with a full or partial refund if the product has clear evidence of damage that can be sourced to the production and make of the garment. The damage and return request must be validated by Emilina in order to proceed. If you are unhappy with your order please contact Emily to discuss further customer service -we are happy to help you out!

 

Custom dance wear or custom costume orders placed through the website's order forms or through direct contact with Emilina are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All custom orders are final. Any products with the "final sale" tag on the online shop are also subject to the same terms; not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Cancellations

All sales made through www.emilinafashion.com are not eligible for cancellations. Exchanges allowed see Return Policy for details.

Shipping & Handling

Shipping on all orders made through the emilinafashion.com online shop are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order, and your region within Canada. Regular products are ready to ship within 1-3 days of purchase while Made to Order products are ready to ship within 7-10 days to accommodate production times. For large quantity orders, production and delivery times will vary. Bulk orders will have additional shipping charges. The estimated delivery time of all products once they have been shipped is 5-7 business days. All orders are shipped through Canada Post. Emilina is not responsible for any stolen, lost, or items that have been damaged through the mail.

 

Taxes

Additional taxes on all orders will apply based on your province within Canada, and the product ordered. See checkout for details.

Liabilities

Emilina is not liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products.

Product Description

Product images as presented on our website are approximate and may not match the product exactly. It is the responsibility of customers to inquire about the product directly with Emilina before is it purchased and shipped.

Product Quantities and Limitations

As a small business, we need to set limitations and/or adjustments on expected production times, for larger "Made to Order" orders that may occur. 

​

Products with limitations have their quantity limits clearly stated in the product description. Each limit is per product, with size and colour variants included in that limitation. One listing is considered one product with its own set of limitations. If you exceed the limit of a product you will be contacted after purchase to organize a refund for the amount that has been exceeded and any relative shipping cost deductions that may need to be made in the case that we are not able to accommodate your order. Unfortunately right now we are not accepting large bulk orders on face masks. If you are not sure whether your order will exceed the limits stated please contact us before placing your order and we can help you out.

For Made to Order products, a large order is typically an order over 10 units of one type of product. For an order of this size or larger, there will be additional production times added to the standard time that is listed above in Shipping and Handling. These adjusted times will be calculated and sent to you directly after your purchase has been processed. Extended times will not add any additional cost to your order for the products listed in the shop. If you are looking to outfit a large group of dancers please consider contacting us directly through email before placing an order in our shop so that we can assist you in getting all estimates and details up front.
